Nguyen is environmental, health and safety manager for Haldor Topsoe Inc. She is a member of the EPA National Partnership for Environmental Priorities and Bay Area Community Advisory Panel. She is also a volunteer for Keep Sugar Land Beautiful. Nguyen received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Reappointed 6/30/09.
