Personal Information

William H. Watson of Lubbock is pastor and bishop of the Church of God in Christ and pastor of Agape Temple Church of God in Christ. He is vice chairman of the Board of Bishops of Church of God in Christ Inc., and Northwest Texas Jurisdictional Bishop of the Church of God in Christ Inc. of Texas. He is a past member of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists and the Texas Tech University Chancellor’s Minority Community Advisory Council. Watson received a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and a master’s degree in theology from Oakland University.
