George “Wilson” Scaling of Henrietta is owner of Scaling and Co. He is vice chairman of the Little Wichita Soil and Water Conservation District Board, and Region B Water Planning Group. He is also director of the Life of the North Texas Rehab Center and North Texas Rehab Foundation Board, honorary director of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Board of Directors, and past Clay County commissioner. Scaling served in the U.S. Army Reserves and received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. Reappointed 9/21/2009.
