Joel Richardson has served in the Randall County Sheriff’s Office for more than 30 years, in various positions including deputy, lieutenant in the criminal division, criminal investigator and special crimes investigator. Richardson is a member of the Texas Jail Association, Texas Police Association and Rotary International. He is also a past board member of the Sheriff’s Association of Texas and volunteer for March of Dimes. Richardson received a bachelor’s degree from West Texas State University.
