Hickman is owner of Northside Storage. He is past president of the Palestine New Car Dealer Association and a member of the Texas Automobile Dealers Association. He is also past president of the Palestine Chamber of Commerce and board member of Palestine Parks and Recreation. Hickman received a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
