B.R. Skipper Wallace of Lampasas is a real estate broker and president and chief executive officer of Storm-Wallace-Helm, Inc. He was chairman of the Investment Committee and served on the board of the Central Texas College Foundation. Wallace previously served as secretary of the Statewide Rural Health Care Board as an appointee of former Gov. George W. Bush. Wallace is a former director of the Lampasas Chamber of Commerce, a former member of the National Federation of Independent Business, and a former board member of the Children's Trust Fund of Texas. He received a bachelor's degree from North Texas State University. Gov. Rick Perry appointed him to the LCRA Board in 2005 for a term that expires in 2011.
