Kenya S. Woodruff of Dallas is deputy general counsel for the Dallas County Hospital District. She is past chair of the Dallas Bar Association Health Law Section, and a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Health Lawyers Association, and J.L. Turner Legal Association. She is also co-chair of the Aids Arms Inc. Community Advisory Committee and a volunteer teacher for Eirene Christian Fellowship Children's Ministry. Woodruff received a bachelor's degree from Emory University and a law degree from the Duke University School of Law. Reappoointed 5/2011.
