Al Silva of San Antonio is COO of Labatt Food Service. He is board chair of Generation Texas, a member of Texas Cavaliers, and past chairman of Episcopal Community Services for the Diocese of West Texas and Alamo Heights Independent School District Board. He is also a past board member of Junior Achievement of San Antonio. Silva received a bachelor's degree from Texas Lutheran College and attended graduate studies at the University of Americas in Mexico. Reappointed 8/29/2011.
