Battle is a published author and vice president of sales for KeyTrak. He is a member of the John Ben Shepperd Public Leadership Institute Foundation Board and Alpha Kappa Psi Advisory Council. Battle served as a lieutenant colonel in the Texas State Guard, and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Battle was reappointed 10/22/2009 to a term to end June 30, 2015.
