Sharla Earl Hotchkiss of Midland is a consultant who conducts workshops for non-profit organizations on topics relating to organizational development. Hotchkiss is a past president and current board member for Keep Texas Beautiful. She is vice chair of the City of Midland's Planning and Zoning Commission and chairman of education and public relations for the Keep Midland Beautiful Board. Hotchkiss also serves on the YMCA programs committee and the Pollution Prevention Advisory Committee of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. She received a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University.
