Carmen Pagan of McAllen is a speech language pathologist and is co-owner, chief operating officer and executive clinical director of Milestones Therapeutic Associates. She is a member of the American Speech-Hearing Association and the Texas Outpatient Rehabilitation CORF (Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities) Association. Pagan is a member of the Junior League of McAllen and is a Sunday school teacher at Harvest Church in McAllen. She is a former member of the Texas Speech-Hearing Association and past president of Beta Sigma Phi community service sorority. Pagan received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Pan American University, now the University of Texas-Pan American.
