Personal Information

Troy Alley Jr. of DeSoto is executive vice president and COO of Con-Real LP. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, an associate board member of the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business, an advisory board member of the University of Arkansas College of Engineering, and a guest lecturer in the University of Texas at Arlington Real Estate Department. He is also a member of the Dallas Board of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors. Alley received a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, and completed the Real Estate Development Advanced Study Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
