R. Terrell McCombs of San Antonio is a partner at GC Barnes Group, and former vice-president of McCombs Enterprises. He is chairman of the University Health System Foundation, a board member of the Texas Bighorn Society Advisory Board and Texas Research and Technology Foundation, and a member of the Boone and Crockett Club. He is also past president of Lead SA, and past chairman of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, San Antonio Mobility Coalition, San Antonio Sports Foundation, Community Clinic of San Antonio, and San Antonio Bond Oversight Commission.
