Personal Information

Herrin was born in Oklahoma City and graduated from Rockwall High School. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, College Station.

Herrin is the CFO of Power Protection Partners in Royse City, a position he has held since 2004. He previously worked as CFO of Lone Star Computer Corporation from 1997 to 2004, and for Deloitte & Touche, LLP, from 1995 to 1997.

Active in the community, Herrin is a member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, serving on the SmartGrowth Hunt County Committee. He is a member of the 2008-2009 Leadership Hunt County class and is a committee member for Cub Scout Pack 335 of Greenville.

Residents of Greenville since 2002, Herrin and his wife Amy are the parents of three sons, Hendrix, Baden and Remy. They are active members of Crosspoint Fellowship Church. In his spare time, Herrin enjoys restoring the family’s 1924 Greenville home, camping, hiking, off-roading, sailing, triathlons, antique cars, cooking, and spending time with his family.
