Personal Information

Patrick was elected as a Councilmember of Rowlett in May 2008. Prior to his serving on the City Council, Patrick served as a Commissioner on the Rowlett Planning and Zoning Commission and as a board member of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. He is a proponent of quality economic growth.

Patrick is a business owner, President and CEO of Emrick, Inc. and serves as the president of Mariners Cove Subdivision HOA. He is also Chairman of the Celestial Church of Christ Board.

Patrick received his Master of Science and BS in Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He also attended Staten Island University where he received an Associate Engineering Degree.
