Steve Mitchell of Richardson is a business systems analyst for Thomson Reuters and councilman for the city of Richardson. He is a member of the Dallas Regional Mobility Coalition and Metroplex Mayors Association, and a past member of the Richardson City Plan Commission and Sign Control Board. He is also a board member of the Richardson YMCA. Mitchell received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas.
