Personal Information

Penny Cogdell Carpenter of Silverton is a self employed rancher. She is a member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, National Cutting Horse Association and American Quarter Horse Association. She is also president of the Palo Duro Cutting Horse Association, and a board member of West Texas Futurity and the Panhandle Cutting Horse Association. Carpenter received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
