Joe Bob McCartt of Amarillo is president of McCartt and Associates Inc. He is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Salvation Army Board of Directors, Catholic Family Services and the St. Andrews Day School Foundation Board of Directors. McCartt served in the Texas Army National Guard. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. He replaces David E. Dalzell of Abilene.
