Personal Information

Drain is a partner at Nolte, Drain and Rosenthal PLLC. She is a member of the Collin County Bar Association, Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Texas Bar Foundation. She is also a founding member of the Collin County Bench/Bar Association and the CITY House Board of Directors. Drain received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Southern University and a law degree from South Texas College of Law.
