Morgan Talbot of McAllen is an attorney in private practice. He is a member and past director of the State Bar of Texas, member and past president of the Hidalgo County Bar Association, and a member of the Texas Academy of Probate and Trust Lawyers. He is also a founding member of the Rio Grande Valley Estate Planning Council and McAllen Housing Services Inc., past director of the City of McAllen Housing Authority, member and past chairman of the University of Texas Pan-American Foundation, a member of the City of McAllen Parks and Recreation Board and past vice chairman of the Texas State Independent Living Council. Talbot served in the U.S. Army. He received a bachelor’s degree and a law degree from the University of Texas
