Personal Information

Hahn is chairman and CEO of Rocky Mountain Mortgage. He is director of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, and past vice president and past director of the Yucca Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a member and past director of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, a member and past president of the El Paso Mortgage Bankers Association, and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and Paso Del Norte Group. Hahn received a bachelor's degree from Eastern New Mexico University. He is reappointed for a term to expire Aug. 31, 2019, and will serve as chair of the board for a term to expire at the pleasure of the governor.
