Judy Foster of San Antonio is a registered nurse and chief health officer/head nurse at Children's Association for Maximum Potential (CAMP). She is a member of the Texas Nurses Association and American Camping Association, and a past member of Texas Foster Family Association. Foster completed the licensed vocational nurse program at Tyler Junior College, and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Tyler.
