Personal Information

Jeff Dailey was elected to Place 3 of the Greenville City Council in May 2011.

Dailey was born in Tyler, Texas and graduated from Bullard High School. He received a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University-College Station and taught high school in the Texas public school system. Dailey later earned his J.D. degree from the University of Houston and currently serves as the Chief Prosecutor at the Hunt County Attorney’s Office.

Along with his civilian employment, Dailey is a Soldier in the United States Army Reserves where he holds the rank of Captain. In 2009-2010, he spent 12 months on active duty when his unit, the 2nd LSO based out of New Orleans, LA, was called up to support the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Dailey enjoys spending time with his family, sporting events, and traveling.
