Personal Information

Perry Cloud joined the Temple City Council District 3 in May of 2011. He was born and spent his entire life in Temple and graduated from Temple High School. After graduation from Southwest Texas State University, Perry returned to work for Cloud Construction Co., Inc. He now serves as president of the four generation family business started by his grandfather in 1942.

Councilmember Cloud has served on several local boards and has been active in many civic organizations. His service includes Chairman of the Temple Economic Development Corporation, Chairman of the City of Temple Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Board, the Temple Business League Board of Directors and a member of the Leadership Temple Charter Class to name a few.
