Personal Information

Jennings is responsible for the planning and development of all TxDOT's information systems' solutions, overseeing implementation, support and maintenance.

Jennings joined TxDOT in 1990, and most recently served as director of the Information Technology Strategy Office, overseeing the implementation of an enterprise architecture. From 2006 to 2012, he served as the director of the Business Solutions Delivery and Support Section. From 2003 to 2005, he served as the manager of the Application Integration Services Branch.

Jennings is a member of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Special Committee on Joint Development. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Angelo State University.
