Graduate of Louisiana State University and Tulane University Law School

Judge Case has been a Texas Lawyer for the past 20 years beginning his professional career as a prosecutor for the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office and was one of the most successful trial lawyers in that office. Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, formerly a Death Capital certified trial attorney and am currently a member of the bar of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
