Personal Information

LuAnn Morgan of Midland is a retired employee of TXU Electric and Gas. She was elected to the Midland City Council and is past mayor pro tempore. She is a member of the First Christian Church of Midland and a volunteer with the United Way of Midland, Commemorative Air Force and Heritage Museum, Junior League of Midland, and University of Texas Permian Advisory Board. Morgan received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a master’s of business administration from the University of Texas Permian Basin.
