Personal Information

Barnard is an attorney with Prichard, Hawkins, McFarland and Young LLP. She is a member of the Texas State Bar and the American Bar Association, and a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and life fellow for the San Antonio Bar Foundation. She is also a member of the Child Advocates of San Antonio and Infraguard boards of directors, and is a Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Antonio volunteer. Barnard received a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University Commerce and a law degree from St. Mary’s University.
