Arthur Emerson of San Antonio is chairman and CEO of GRE Creative Communications. He is a board member of USAA Federal Savings Bank, Luby’s Inc., Association of Public Television Stations, and KLRN-TV Public Television. He is also past board chair of the Free Trade Alliance of San Antonio Executive Committee, CPS Energy Board of Directors, Port San Antonio, Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, and San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and a past member of the San Antonio branch of the Federal Reserve. Reappointed 5-6-2011.
