Personal Information

Grubbs was the county and district attorney for Ellis County, and former mayor of the City of Waxahachie. He is ex-officio director and past president of the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce, member and past president of the Waxahachie Rotary Club and secretary of the Ellis County Bail Bond Board. He is also a board member of the Ellis County Employees and Teachers Credit Union and Ellis County Children's Advocacy Center. Grubbs received a bachelor's degree and law degree from Baylor University.
