Personal Information

Appleby is a certified public accountant (CPA) and partner at Pate and Appleby LLP. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Texas Society of CPAs, and the El Paso Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs. He is past co-chair of the University of Texas at El Paso College of Business Advisory Board, past board member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of El Paso, and a past board member and past treasurer of the First Presbyterian School and St. Clements School. He is also a past co-chair of the First Presbyterian Church Foundation and past den leader of the El Paso Boy Scouts of America. Appleby received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.
