Personal Information

Hello, My name is Paul R. Dunphey and I am the Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Seabrook, Texas. My wife and I have lived in Seabrook for over 5 years, we have 3 young boys.

I am a small business owner of a fuel system design and service company. I also own and manage commercial and residential properties in the Houston area. I also own and operate San Leon Marina, located in San Leon, Texas.

My family and I are very active in the area, we love the water and boating. We are members of Lakewood Yacht Club. We spend as much time as we can enjoying Seabrook and the Galveston Bay.

I have been very active on the Economic Development Corporation II as treasurer and the chairperson of the South Seabrook Marine Working Committee. I am a life time member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and an active US Coast Guard Auxiliarist.

I believe that local government has to stay focused on the core issues, which are:

Police protection, fire protection, city services/quality of life, emergency management and overall public safety. And also as important, to prepare for foreseen and unforeseen issues and emergencies. To continually improve and increase economic development to provide revenue sources for core services.

I am proud to serve the City of Seabrook as your Mayor Pro Tem, and will continue to conduct myself in a professional manor to improve our wonderful city.
