Personal Information

Born on March 10, 1954 in Seguin, Commissioner Guadarrama and his wife Mary Ann, have six children and a number of grandchildren, and attend Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. The Commissioner’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and cooking.

As the owner-operator of G3 Plumbing, Commissioner Guadarrama puts this business experience to work for Precinct 2. Experience gained as a board member of various local organizations has provided Commissioner Guadarrama with the unique ability to work with people.

Over the years Commissioner Guadarrama has devoted himself to these Civic Activities:

* Vice-President of the Southwest Texas Fraternal Organization for the Woodmen of the World
* Past President (96-97) of the Seguin Noon Lions Club and Director for the Toys for Tots Program. Lions Club Member
* Member of the Seguin G.I. Forum
* Past Board Member of the Seguin Independent School District Board of Trustees, serving two terms
o Recognized as the Outstanding School Board for the State of Texas in 1990.
* Board Member of the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG)
* Board Member of the Seguin Youth Services
* Member of the Guadalupe County Juvenile Citizens Advisory Council
* Member of the Seguin Main Street Advisory Board
* Member of the Texas Hispanic's Judges and Commissioners Association
* Member of the Conference of Urban Counties (CUC)
* Board Member of Community Council of South Central Texas
