Glen Whitley was appointed to the Board in July 2013 and his term expires in May 2022. Mr. Whitley has been the Tarrant County Judge since 2007 and a member of the Tarrant County Commissioners Court since 1996. He is co-founder of Whitley Penn CPAs and Professional Consultants. Regent Whitley served in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
