Personal Information

Harrison is director of legal and governmental relations for Texas County and District Retirement System. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws and the National Association of State Election Directors. He received a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree from the University of Utah and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
