David Muegge of Edna is president of Efficiency Air Inc. He is a board member of the Victoria Builders Association and Friends of the National Rifle Association, and a member of the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Committee and Knights of Columbus. He is a past board member of the Jackson County Credit Union, Jackson County Youth Rodeo Association, and Mid Coast Youth for Christ. He is also past president and a past coach of the Edna Little League. Reappointed 5/22/11.
