Personal Information

A native of Dallas, Wade Gear was appointed to the Brazos River Authority Board of Directors by Governor Rick Perry in 2004.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University. He has spent the majority of his professional in real estate and asset management with Lincoln Property Co. and Hines Interests.
In 1996 Mr. Gear was named president of Vara Realty Co and Clements Gear Management Company based in Fort Worth specializing in asset and property management throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
