Cobie Russell of Dallas is a consultant, owner of the Cobie Russell Studio, and president of the Steele Creek Ranch Operating Company Inc. She is a member of the Parkland Health and Hospital System Board of Managers and a board member of Big Thought, a non-profit focused on improving public education through creative learning. She is also past member of the State Bar of Texas Advertising Review Committee and past general editor of a public service brochures series for the Dallas Bar Foundation. Reappointed 12-2009.
