Personal Information

Clayborne L. Nettleship of San Saba was appointed to the Board in January 2004. He is an attorney in private practice and ranch manager for Seis Primos, Inc. in San Saba and Webb counties. Nettleship received his bachelor's of business administration and juris doctorate degrees from Baylor University. He is a member of the Tributary League, which supports the Colorado River Foundation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and First Baptist Church of San Saba, where he serves as finance chair.
