Woodrow Francis McCasland of Horseshoe Bay is managing director of Highland Lakes Bank, previously serving as president and CEO. He is owner of Kingsland Insurance Agency and a founding member of the Tributary League which supports the Colorado River Foundation. McCasland served on the LCRA Lake LBJ Advisory Panel, the Kingsland Chamber of Commerce, the Llano County Chamber of Commerce and the Buchanan Dam Chamber of Commerce. He also served on the advisory board of Seton Highland Lakes Medical Center, the Llano County Hospital Management Board and the board of directors of the Hill Country Community Theater. McCasland is a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Agents and former member of the Highland Lakes Texas Exes, the American Bankers Association, the Texas Bankers Association and the Independent Bankers Association of Texas.
