Personal Information

Rosemary Combs of El Paso is a former executive director of the El Paso Center on Family Violence and is being reappointed to the board. She is a member of Leadership Texas and is a former board member of the Texas Council on Family Violence. She formerly served as secretary of the City of El Paso Youth Services advisory board, and was treasurer of the West Texas Council on Drug and Alcohol Abuse Board and the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. She is a past member of the United Way Council of Agency Executives. Combs received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
