Harold L. Barnard of Waxahachie is president of Ellis County Abstract and Title Co. He is a member of the Texas Land Title Association and the Texas Association of Title Agents. Additionally, he is a member and past president of the Ellis County Museum, Waxahachie Foundation and Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce. Barnard received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Reappointed 5/2011.
