Personal Information

Griffin is president and general counsel for Rip Griffin Truck Service Center, L.P., and serves as president of Pro Petroleum, Inc. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Lubbock County Bar Association. Griffin also serves as a director of Covenant Health System. He is president of the Lubbock Independent School District Board of Trustees and a director of Plains Capital Corporation. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, he received a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
