Terrell is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Coastal Bend Bar Association and Texas City Attorney Association. Terrell serves as sponsor and board member of the Alice National Little League and is a member of Amigos for Education. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
