Rivera-Worley is chief of the civil division of the Denton County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. She is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and the Denton County Bar Association, and she is a former board member for the Texas District and County Attorney’s Association. Rivera-Worley served on the Governor’s Prosecution Advisory Committee and is a member of the Denton Chapter of the League of United Latin American Citizens. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&I University (now known as Texas A&M-Kingsville), a master’s degree from Texas Tech University and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
