Personal Information

Leonard is a former attorney and landman at JTD Resources, LLC, a special prosecutor for the Midland County District Attorney's Office, and a former assistant district attorney of Midland County. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Midland County Bar Association, and the Permian Basin Landmen's Association. She is past president of the Midland Chapter of Philanthropic Educational Organization International, board treasurer of the Saddle Club Lakes Homeowner's Association, member of the Midland Downtown Lion's Club, and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Midland.

Leonard received a bachelor's degree from Baylor University and a law degree from South Texas College of Law.
