Mr. White is vice president of Cash America International Inc. He is a member of the Community Financial Services Association and Public Affairs Council, and is chair of the Finance Commission’s Strategic Planning Committee. He is also a board member of the Kiwanis Foundation and past chairman of the Sun City Community Association Finance Committee. White received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Reappointed 4/20/2010
