Personal Information

Constable Rick Coffman has an extensive history in both the military and law enforcement. A twenty-two year honorably retired Navy Veteran, Constable Coffman began his law enforcement career at Hill College in Hillsboro, TX, where he majored in Criminal Justice and received his Texas Peace Officers License. Rick then served with the Leander Police Department, attaining the rank of Lieutenant and then Interim Chief of Police.

Constable Coffman began his service with Williamson County as a Deputy Constable for twelve years. In 2011, Rick was appointed by the Commissioners Court to the office of Constable Precinct 2 in order to fill an unexpired term. In the fall of 2012, he was elected for his first full term and then again sworn into the office of Constable.

Constable Coffman has been a resident of Williamson County Precinct 2 for 19 years. He and his wife, Vicci, are active members of Victory Baptist Church in Cedar Park where he serves as a Trustee and Sunday School Teacher of 8 and 9 year olds.
