Dr. Jerry Dittrich has served on Benbrook City Council since 1992 and was elected Mayor in 2005 and 2009. Before becoming Mayor, he served as Mayor Pro Tem since 1998. He has lived in Benbrook for over 25 years and is married to wife Chris. Jerry has four adult children: Jamie, Jenny, James and Michele.Mayor Dittrich holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Texas Tech and Texas A&M University; earned a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M; and currently works as a veterinarian.
