Personal Information

Councilor Tom Suter was elected to the office of City Councilor, District 4, in May 2005. He obtained a BA from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas and is a Certified Crime Prevention Specialist, Texas Crime Prevention Association. Suter serves as Parish Business Administrator for the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. His long list of community service includes Chair of the Rosenberg Planning and Zoning Commission, and membership on City, Texas State Technical College, Lamar CISD, and Holy Rosary Catholic Church committees and advisory councils.
